Anita Hill, ASR, CRB, CBR, CAI, ITI, QSC, founder and CEO of Anita Hill Training & Seminars, brings over 27 years of expertise as both a trainer and licensed real estate professional to the courses, seminars and programs offered through AHT&S.

She has been a guest speaker throughout New England including several MAR conventions and educational conferences and the 2006 NHAR convention.

Anita has served as an advisor and chairperson for the continuing Education Development and Review Committee of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons as well as a member of the Real Estate Education Association.

She is the consulting editor for the "Modern Real Estate Practice and Law" 6th edition, the author for the soon to be released 7th edition by Dearborn Publishing and a writer of the Real Estate Exam Preparation for Massachusetts.

As the former director of professional development for GMAC, she developed training programs for new and experienced agents and managers.

She has worked as a consultant and educator for many New England companies, and is a certified trainer for new agent training, CBR, ASR, Agency and continuing education classes.

Anita has received the 2006 Educator of the Year for the Cape and Islands

She has received the 2007 Educator of the Year for the Northeast Association of Realtor.
