Anita Hill, ASR, CRB, CBR, CAI, ITI, QSC, founder and CEO of Anita Hill Training & Seminars, brings over 29 years of expertise as both a trainer and licensed real estate professional to the courses, seminars and programs offered through AHT&S.

She has been a guest speaker throughout New England including several Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont conventions and educational conferences.

Anita has served as an advisor and chairperson for the continuing Education Development and Review Committee of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons as well as a member of the Real Estate Education Association.

She is the author of the 7th edition of Massachusetts Real estate Practice & Law published by Dearborn Publishing and a writer of the Real Estate Exam Preparation for Massachusetts.

She has participated in writing test questions for the Massachusetts real estate exam on 9 separate occasions and in June of 2007 participated in writing test questions for the National Real Estate Exam in Philadelphia offered through Pearson VUE an educational testing company.

As the former director of professional development for GMAC, she developed training programs for new and experienced agents and managers. Anita is a GRI instructor for New Hampshire Association of Realtors and teaches their new agent training program entitled “Real Estate Professional Series”. She is an instructor for the Real estate Brokerage Professional Ethics course for the Vermont Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She is also an instructor for the “Realty Guild”, a group of independent offices in Massachusetts.

She has worked as a consultant and educator for many New England companies, and is a certified trainer for new agent training, CBR, ASR, Agency and continuing education classes.

Anita was named Educator of the Year in 2005 by the Realty Guild, in 2006 by the Cape & Islands Association of Realtors and in 2007 by the Northeast Association of Realtors.
